Refund Policy

At Parenting After Separation, we are committed to providing high-quality courses that support you and your family through separation. Please read this policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds are granted.

General Course Refunds

For all self-paced learning courses (excluding Tuning Into Kids, Circle of Security Parenting, and Choosing Change), you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not commenced the course.

To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request within this 7-day period. Once you have started the course – for example, by accessing course materials or videos – you are no longer eligible for a refund.

If you are unsure whether a course is right for you, we encourage you to get in touch with our team before purchasing.

Tuning Into Kids, Circle of Security Parenting, and Choosing Change

These programmes are designed to support a limited number of participants. Each registration secures a place that could otherwise have been offered to another family.

For this reason, no refunds will be issued for Tuning Into Kids, Circle of Security Parenting, or Choosing Change. This includes situations where a participant is excused from Choosing Change, or otherwise does not complete the programme, part way through. Please ensure you are fully able to commit to the programme before enrolling.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible course, please contact our support team at admin@parentingafterseparation.com.au within 7 days of purchase.

Please include your name, the course purchased, and your proof of purchase in your message so we can process your request promptly.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. In the event of extenuating circumstances, we are happy to assess requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns and we will do our best to help.

Administration Fee for Refunds

All approved refunds will incur a $20.00 administration fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount at the time of processing.
