Meet Our Course Facilitators
Every live program at Parenting After Separation is delivered by a trained, accredited facilitator – someone who has completed formal certification in the specific program they run, not just a general background in coaching or counselling.
Our facilitators are personally selected by Jasmin Newman, an Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Certified Parenting Coordinator, and Co-parenting Coach with over a decade of experience supporting Australian separated families. Each team member brings specialist qualifications and genuine experience working with parents navigating some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
Our team holds formal accreditations including Registered Circle of Security® Facilitator, Accredited Tuning into Kids® Facilitator, and Accredited Dads Tuning into Kids® Facilitator credentials, issued by the respective program bodies. All live group sessions are delivered online via Zoom and are available to parents across Australia.
Nate
Office Manager & Course Facilitator
Programs: Circle of Security Parenting™ | Tuning into Kids® | Dads Tuning into Kids®
Nate holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and brings over ten years of experience in family law giving him a grounded understanding of the emotional, and relational pressures that separated families face every day. He is a formally trained facilitator of Circle of Security Parenting™, Tuning into Kids®, and Dads Tuning into Kids®- programs that are highly regarded by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
As Office Manager, Nate is often the first point of contact for parents reaching out to Parenting After Separation, and he brings the same warmth and professionalism to both roles. In the live group sessions he facilitates, parents consistently describe his approach as calm, inclusive, and genuinely supportive — someone who creates a space where it feels safe to be honest about what’s hard.
Outside of work, Nate is a proud dad to two daughters and a committed Carlton supporter, though he’ll readily admit parenting is the more demanding of the two.
